2 Communal
Mixed-race and multiracial identities in all social contexts are a right, not a privilege.
4 Logical
The basis of involuntary black identities in the mixed-race identified is the one-drop rule which defines the more distantly related human lineage as irreconcilable -- a scientifically unfounded belief.
5 Moral
The one-drop rule, which requires a belief in racial essence or "race", is ideological racism and is the product of the violent racism that preceded it.
6 Legal
The non-existence of "race" means that racial identities are belief systems that are logically, and therefore should be legally, governed by the First Amendment which regulates belief systems and freedom of expression, and which would neutralize this notion by treating all its forms equally.
8 Historical
Racism or the belief in "race" is a modern historical phase in continuity with the totemism of primitive society, the idolatry of early civilization, and the monotheism of historical society. It is challenged today by the post-modern identity of mixed-race.
9 Philosophical
An example of a world philosophy that is concerned with the rejection and disproof of the one-drop rule is Buddhism.
10 Spiritual
The rejection of the one-drop rule or the belief in "race" is the relevant spiritual paradigm for this age.
